On-the-Day
Coordination

Leading up to the wedding:
- Working with an experienced coordinator from 6 weeks out of the wedding day
- Creating and finalising timelines with venue/vendors
- One to two meetings prior to the day (in-person/video call) to meet the venue manager and review the timeline and floorplans.
- Support to organise those last-minute details.
- Unlimited support via phone and email (6 weeks out)
On the Day:
- 1x Onsite wedding coordinator for up to 12 hours.
- Coordinator to be onsite to manage bump in and out of vendors and supplier
- Handle all the venue arrangements, vendor management, and timelines.
- Oversee setting of wedding locations to ensure that it reflects floorplan.
- Troubleshooting and solving problems that may arise on the day.
- Travel within 50km of Launceston
(Extra costs apply for travel outside of range/additional hours)
